Why a medical IV makes sense at Chileno Bay
Chileno Bay sits in one of the few swimmable bays on the Corridor — turquoise water, easy snorkeling, the kind of beach that pulls travelers back day after day. The downside is sun exposure, dehydration, and the inevitable hangover from too many margaritas at Comal. A doctor-supervised IV in your villa or suite gets you back to functional in under an hour, without a 25-minute drive into Cabo San Lucas during corridor traffic.
What we run on the bay
The drips most requested in the Chileno Bay zone: hangover recovery after a beach-bar evening, post-snorkel-day hydration for guests who underestimate the sun, Myers Cocktail before a corporate retreat or wedding, Immune Boost for travelers feeling a cold coming on, and the occasional sick-day IV for stomach bugs picked up at the buffet or on a boat tour out of the Marina.
The medical layer that isn’t optional
Every IV at Cabo Walk-In Clinic is reviewed by a Mexican-licensed physician before it starts. That means a real intake, real vital signs, real medication-history screening, and a real medical decision about whether the drip you booked is the right drip for your body today. We can add prescription medications — Zofran, Toradol, famotidine, antibiotics when warranted — that a wellness operator cannot legally administer. Read our explainer on why doctor-supervised IV matters.
Dispatch from our Cabo San Lucas base
Chileno Bay sits roughly mid-corridor — typical mobile dispatch is 60–90 minutes from booking confirmation. Off-peak (early mornings, weekday afternoons) closer to 60; Saturday morning peaks closer to 90. We confirm address, suite/villa number, and approach (concierge or discreet) on the call. Read our response-time guide for the full picture.
Independent service, not affiliated
Cabo Walk-In Clinic is a fully independent COFEPRIS-licensed medical clinic. We are not affiliated with Chileno Bay Auberge Resorts, the Auberge group, or any named hotel. We provide medical care to guests who request it; the resort doesn’t approve, endorse, or share data with us.
If it’s not just dehydration
For more than an IV, our physician can extend the visit to a full house-call medical visit, order same-day lab tests, arrange pharmacy delivery to your suite, or coordinate hospital escalation via our partner hospital. One number, full spectrum.
