Why weekend dispatch matters in Cabo
Cabo runs on a Friday–Sunday rhythm. Weddings on Saturday. Bachelor parties Friday-into-Saturday. Cruise stops Sunday. Long-haul flights leaving Sunday morning. Our highest weekly IV volume is Saturday between 8 AM and 1 PM. Sunday between 9 AM and noon. We staff accordingly.
How weekend dispatch works
Same WhatsApp number, same clinic phone, same physician supervision — same pricing. We add team capacity on Friday and Saturday evenings so Saturday and Sunday mornings move faster than a Wednesday afternoon at most providers.

Dispatch timing weekend
Saturday morning peak: 60–90 min mobile, 30 min walk-in. Sunday morning: 50–75 min mobile, 25 min walk-in. We confirm via WhatsApp when leaving and 10 minutes from arrival.
Group bookings weekend
Wedding parties, bachelor/bachelorette groups — book 24+ hours ahead when possible. Same-day group dispatch still possible.
