Who we serve

Care for the whole family — not just the senior

Aging in Los Cabos far from family can create worry on both sides of the border. We’re the bilingual care team that keeps everyone connected, informed, and at ease.

For families abroad

Daily check-in digest. WhatsApp updates. Billing in USD by credit card. We’re your eyes, ears, and hands on the ground — so you can sleep at night.

For the spouse in Cabo

You’ve been doing this alone. Let us shoulder the night shifts, the medication management, and the doctor appointments — so you can still be a spouse, not just a caregiver.

For the senior at home

Companionship, dignity, and independence — at home, in your community, on your terms. Bilingual caregivers who feel more like trusted friends than help.

Services

In-home senior care services — from companion to skilled nursing

A single phone number connects you to the right level of care — and escalates to a COFEPRIS-registered physician house call when needed.

Companion Care

Conversation, meals, errands, transportation, light housekeeping, social outings, and pet care assistance.

Personal Care

Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility transfers, fall prevention, and medication reminders.

Dementia & Alzheimer’s Care

essentiALZ-trained caregivers, behavior management, safe-environment setup, and memory cueing.

Post-Hospital Recovery

Respite Care

Hours-, day-, or overnight relief for family caregivers. Take a vacation. Sleep through the night. We’ve got it.

24-Hour Live-In Care

Continuous coverage with rotating caregivers — for advanced needs, end-of-life, or simply for total peace of mind.

Care Management

Monthly retainer: care plan review, MD coordination, medication reconciliation, family digest, and 24/7 dispatch — even if you don’t need a caregiver yet.

How it works

From phone call to caregiver-at-the-door in 24–72 hours

Free in-home assessment

We come to you. A care manager and (if useful) an RN sit down with the family, listen, and walk through the home.

Custom care plan

Written, RN-reviewed, MD-approved. Includes goals, schedule, medications, fall-prevention notes, and emergency protocols.

Caregiver match

We match on personality, language fluency, and skill — not just availability. You meet your caregiver before day one.

Daily family digest

WhatsApp updates with photos, vitals (if requested), and a short note. Your family abroad sees what we see.

How we vet caregivers

The trust pillars U.S. families recognize — translated to the Mexican standard

Adult children abroad ask: how do we know who you’re sending into our parent’s home? Here’s exactly how we vet, in language you recognize.

INE-verified identity

Official Mexican voter ID, validated on the issuing source.

CURP-validated

Federal population registry — the Mexican equivalent of an SSN check.

Carta de No Antecedentes Penales

Criminal-record clearance issued by the State of Baja California Sur.

Reference-verified

Two-plus past employer references called, documented, and on file.

CPR-certified

Current adult-CPR certification, refreshed annually.

essentiALZ-trained

Alzheimer’s Association dementia-care training for caregivers serving dementia clients.

Bonded & insured

Civil liability and theft bond covering every visit.

Bilingual fluency

Each caregiver speaks fluent English. Confirmed in interview, on every shift.

COFEPRIS-physician backup

Every care plan reviewed by a Mexican-licensed physician from our sister clinic.

Frequently asked questions

Everything U.S. and Canadian families ask us first

How do you do background checks on caregivers in Mexico?

Every caregiver passes INE identity verification, CURP federal-registry validation, a state-issued Carta de No Antecedentes Penales (criminal-record clearance), two-plus reference checks, and current CPR certification. Dementia caregivers add Alzheimer’s Association essentiALZ training on top.

What happens if there’s a medical emergency?

Our 24/7 dispatch line connects to an on-call COFEPRIS-registered physician through our sister clinic, Cabo Walk-In Clinic. We can send a doctor to the home, coordinate ambulance transport to CIMA Hospital, Saint Luke’s, San José Hospital, or H+ Los Cabos — and we stay on the phone with the family abroad the entire time.

Do you serve snowbirds and seasonal residents?

Yes. Our Snowbird Plans activate when you arrive in Cabo and pause when you fly back. Annual home check-in visits while you’re abroad are included in higher-tier retainers, so your Cabo home is monitored even when no one’s there.

We only need someone for two weeks after surgery — do you do that?

Absolutely. Post-hospital recovery is one of our most-requested service lines. We’ll meet the discharge team at the hospital, transport home, and run 1-, 2-, or 4-week recovery packages with daily check-ins and wound monitoring.

My mother doesn’t want a “caregiver” — she’s very independent.

We hear this often. We start as a companion — someone who joins her for coffee, drives her to the art walk, plays cards, and respects her independence. Care escalates only as she invites it. Many of our most engaged clients started this way.

How do payments work? Can my family in the U.S. pay?

Yes. Billing is in USD by credit card, with itemized receipts emailed to whoever you choose — the senior, the spouse, an adult child abroad, or all three. Mexican CFDI invoices available on request.

Does Medicare or U.S. health insurance cover this?

Medicare does not pay for healthcare outside the U.S. Some international expat insurance plans (Allianz Worldwide Care, Cigna Global, BlueCross International, GeoBlue, IMG) reimburse in-home care — we provide the documentation you need to submit a claim.

Talk to us today — a real human answers, 24/7.

Free in-home assessment. Bilingual care manager. No obligation. We come to you anywhere in Los Cabos.
