This is similar to an American traveling for dental work or seeking a European second opinion — care is delivered from a licensed Mexican jurisdiction. We do not bill U.S. insurance and we do not claim U.S. state medical licensure.
Yes. The video consultation is delivered from Mexico to wherever you are — all 50 states. Internet connection and a smartphone or laptop with a camera are all that’s required.
We are cash-pay only at $59 flat. We email you an itemized receipt (and a Mexican-format superbill on request) you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Most patients use HSA or FSA cards.

If you’re in Cabo San Lucas, our walk-in clinic offers in-person follow-up, lab work, X-ray, IV therapy, and ambulance transport seven days a week. If you’re in the U.S., our physician will recommend an appropriate local resource.
